Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") applies to any information about a User that Tun Service or its affiliates, including all entities belonging to the same group as Tun Service (hereinafter collectively, "tunservice.by"), may obtain in the course of the User's use of any websites, services, software, products, or solutions of tunservice.by (hereinafter, the "Services" or "tunservice.by Services"), as well as in the course of performance of any agreements and contracts with the User. The User's acceptance of this Policy in the context of relations with any of the above‑mentioned entities applies to all such entities.

By using the tunservice.by Services, the User gives his/her unconditional consent to this Policy and to the terms of processing of the User's personal information set forth herein; if the User does not agree with these terms, the User must not use the Services.

1. Processing of User's Personal Information by tunservice.by

  • 1.1. For the purposes of this Policy, "User's Personal Information" means the following:
    • 1.1.1. Personal information provided by the User during registration (creation of an account) or in the course of using the Services, including the User's personal data. Information required to provide the Services is marked accordingly. Any other information is provided by the User at his/her own discretion.
    • 1.1.2. Data automatically transmitted by the software installed on the User's device to the tunservice.by Services in the course of their use, including, without limitation, IP address, cookie data, User's browser data (or any other software used to access the Services), technical specifications of the User's hardware and software, date and time of access to the Services, URL of the requested page, and other similar information.
    • 1.1.3. Other information about the User that must be processed in accordance with the terms and rules governing the use of specific tunservice.by services.
  • 1.2. This Policy applies only to information that must be processed in connection with the use of the tunservice.by Services. tunservice.by does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third‑party websites that the User may access via hyperlinks available on tunservice.by websites.
  • 1.3. tunservice.by does not verify the personal information provided by the User and cannot assess the User's legal capacity. However, tunservice.by assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date. The consequences of providing false or insufficient information are defined in the User Agreement for tunservice.by Services (https://tunservice.by/user-agreement).

2. Purpose of Processing the User's Personal Information

  • 2.1. tunservice.by collects and stores only such personal information as is necessary to provide the Services (or to perform agreements and contracts with the User), except where such information must be stored by law for a period prescribed by law.
  • 2.2. tunservice.by processes the User's personal information for the following purposes:
    • 2.2.1. Identifying the party using the Services or the party to an agreement or contract with tunservice.by.
    • 2.2.2. Providing personalized Services to the User and performing agreements and contracts.
    • 2.2.3. Communicating with the User, including sending notices, requests, and information related to the tunservice.by Services and performance of agreements and contracts, and handling the User's inquiries and requests.
    • 2.2.4. Improving the quality and usability of the Services and developing new Services.
    • 2.2.5. Sending advertising materials.
    • 2.2.6. Conducting statistical and other research and analysis based on anonymized data.

3. Conditions for Processing the User's Personal Information and Its Disclosure to Third Parties

  • 3.1. tunservice.by stores the User's personal information in accordance with its internal rules applicable to particular Services.
  • 3.2. The confidentiality of the User's personal information is preserved.
  • 3.3. tunservice.by may disclose the User's personal information to third parties under the following conditions:
    • 3.3.1. The User has given his/her consent to such actions.
    • 3.3.2. Such disclosure is necessary for the User's use of a particular Service or for performance of a specific agreement or contract with the User.
    • 3.3.3. Such disclosure is carried out in the context of a sale or other transfer of a business (in whole or in part), and all obligations under this Policy in relation to any personal information obtained by the purchaser are transferred to the purchaser.
    • 3.3.4. Disclosure is required in order to enable tunservice.by or third parties to recover damages in the event of the User's breach of the User Agreement for tunservice.by Services (https://tunservice.by/user-agreement), this Policy, or documents governing the use of specific Services.
    • 3.3.5. Anonymized statistical data obtained as a result of processing the User's personal information by means of anonymization may be provided to a third party for research, performance of work, or provision of services on behalf of tunservice.by.

4. Modification and Deletion of Personal Information. Mandatory Data Retention

  • 4.1. The User may at any time modify (update, supplement) the personal information provided or any part thereof by editing his/her personal data in the personal section of the relevant Service.
  • 4.2. The User may also delete the personal information provided in relation to a particular account by sending a request to the support service at support@tunservice.ru.
  • 4.3. The rights specified in clauses 4.1 and 4.2 may be restricted in accordance with legal requirements. In particular, such restrictions may require tunservice.by to retain information modified or deleted by the User for a period established by law and to disclose such information to government authorities in accordance with the applicable legal procedure.

5. Processing of Personal Information Using Cookies and Web Beacons

  • 5.1. Cookies transmitted by tunservice.by to the User's devices and vice versa may be used by tunservice.by to provide personalized Services to the User, to deliver targeted advertising to the User, for statistical and research purposes, and to improve the tunservice.by Services.
  • 5.2. The User understands that the hardware and software he/she uses to access websites may allow the blocking of operations with cookies (for all websites or for certain websites) and the deletion of cookies previously received.
  • 5.3. tunservice.by may determine that the provision of a particular Service is possible only if the User consents to the acceptance and receipt of cookies.
  • 5.4. The structure, content, and technical parameters of any cookie file are determined by tunservice.by and may be changed without prior notice to the User.
  • 5.5. Web beacons placed by tunservice.by within the Services may be used to analyze the User's cookies, to collect and process statistical information about the use of the Services, and to ensure the performance of the Services as a whole and of certain functions in particular. The technical parameters of the web beacons are determined by tunservice.by and may be changed without prior notice to the User.

6. Measures to Protect the User's Personal Information

  • 6.1. tunservice.by implements necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, disclosure, and other unlawful actions of third parties.
  • 6.2. Your personal information is stored on secure networks and is accessible only to a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you provide is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
  • 6.3. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. An external PCI‑compliant payment gateway processes all credit card transactions. We do not store credit card information.
  • 6.4. We apply a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses his/her information in order to maintain the security of your personal information.
